NATURAL REMEDY TO RELIEVE FEET CRAMPS
CRAMPS: THE EXCLUSIVE NATURAL REMEDY
Foot cramps at night, or rather early in the morning (which happens more often) should be resolved on the spot, especially if you feel the cramp start coming, otherwise they will settle down for half an hour or more and will need painkillers example Panadol and even Valium.
The best way to calm down and stop them quickly and efficiently:
1 - First Step- Getting out of bed and sit on the edge lifting and pressing the toes.
2 - Second step:If the cramp does not go that way, we must quickly go to the bathroom and make a strong jet of hot shower (rather warm at 45 degree) with the mobile shower starting on the portion above the knee, even if the cramp is at the bottom of the feet or the soles of the feet, because that's where the nerves and veins form the cramp.
Alternate a hot shower and cold directly but must always end with a hot shower.
3-Step:
A walk barefoot on the cold pavement of the house by projecting feet forward while walking, as if we gave a kick, karate style, without raising too high.
4-Step:Lay down on the back to sleep and raise your feet on a cushion or two (at least 25 cm).
5-Fifth step:
If this did not work at all costs we must apply a pomade: Voltaraine example take a sedative and painkiller: Panadol or other and in an extreme case of Valium (wich is also a muscle antispasme).
In all cases make a shower bath for the legs and feet with alternating hot water, cold water, hot water, before going to bed
Positions held without activity during the day harden the muscles, causing cramps at night. These positions are directly related to the muscles and nerves of the lower body, especially the buttocks and legs
THE 9 CAUSES of CRAMPS
1 - body positions
Sitting-(more than 3 hours in the same position without moving especially if the feet are bent in the chair), for example the computer on a desk writing on a chair or being watch TV.
Position-standing (more than 3 hours standing without moving from his place) during the day, or a long walk that begins to be felt in the form of heavy feet, are direct causes cramps, for example: in the kitchen , or an artistic activity such as painting or sculpture, or SURGICAL operation. These are positions which also affects the muscles of the arms and shoulders and then calls the pain of positions
2 - The muscular effort:a long walk at night, a large sports during the day, get in a squatting position for a long time or otherwise stretch legs for a while to hang something up.
3 - The shoes worn or wrong shoes suitable for a foot or an activity
4 - Nutrition and food we eat during the day and especially before bed: You must remove Vitamin C and Calcium containing high doses from foods in dinners (foods rich in Vitamin C should be taken before 17 hours. cheese can be eaten in the evening for example cheese but low in calcium.

5 - The visual effort and nervous state, LACK OF SLEEP IN THE NIGHT, especially on the computer and TV: it seems that there is a direct relationship between the visual effort during the day and night cramps and especially Regarding the visual effort (gazing long hours to lcd screens) taking into account that this activity require the viewer to be hung on screens for several hours making the muscles, the eyes and the brain work without relax. The relationship between vision and cramping becomes more logical if we bind this activity directly to the general electric and magnetic state of the body.
6 - alcohol, juices, drinks containing caffeine or similar substances: Pepsi, cola, coffee, tea, cocoa.
7 - The lack of salt, lack of potassium, magnesium and anemia.
Take a Magnésium B pill in the evening if you feel you will have cramps:
Precursors Signs for cramps:
- Heaviness in the legs- Fatigue of muscles of the foot- Tingling in muscles- Effort to walk or climb stairs- If you feel if the blood pass into the footas small streams that electrifies quickly
8 - nervousness general body fatigue, lack of sleep, electricity, magnetic field:You have to sleep before midnight (22h-23h) to recover 5 or 6 hours of sleep, we are interested in and that is the real sleep: that is to say between 2 hours and 4 hours in the morning before the cramp occurs (between 4 and 6 am).
9 - medicinal products, vitamins, oligoaliments, pills, syrups, salts, sugars etc. ....: Cortisone, anti gastric, Vitamin C, Calcium etc .....

MUSCLE CRAMPS
MUSCLE CRAMPS
Personal experience in cramps
They occur at rest, often during sleep, but also after voluntary contraction of a muscle already in a position of maximum shortening. They give up most often by gradually stretching the muscle in question.
Symptoms of muscle cramps:
• sudden sharp pain
• Muscle Spasm
• It is located often in flexor arms or legs (eg cramp gastrocnemius, flexor of the foot)
POSSIBLE THEORY:
My theory is that the cramp is a regression nervous relax state, naturally invonlontary for muscle at rest.
When we are at rest the muscles are normally at rest and consequently, they adapt by natural reflex an invonlontary state of relaxation.
For there to cramp, the muscle at rest, becomes'' voluntary'' by executing a fictitious order that he is not physically assigned to it at this momemt, but only in a the brain.
It is as if we say'' I'll get up and start running immediately.'' but without executing the order physically.
It is this brain order which put the body in a state of muscle cramp.
In other words, the muscle at rest (at night for example) receives a signal to be active,( threw an involantary brain signal) but the muscle in this position is not in a state of doing it.
So this is primarily a disturbance of the nervous system, which may be from multiple causes.
